About Kit

I am committed to challenging cultural norms around aging and dying, and inspiring individuals to embrace their roles as change agents.

ABOUT KIT

I believe in living a life with more meaning, purpose, compassion, and fun (for me, that’s dancing).

Over the past 15 years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others explore matters of the heart that might be unvoiced or unresolved, addressing both emotional and practical aspects of the aging process. I am passionate about empowering individuals to take charge of their lives, make conscious decisions, and cultivate a sense of purpose in their final chapters.

I’ve got a diverse background: hospice work, end-of-life studies (Thanatology), producing and facilitating online memorials, personal and professional coaching, and navigating loss and grief, experience that brings both a wealth of knowledge and a lot of empathy to the work we’ll do together.

In addition to my work in the field of conscious aging, I’m a skilled facilitator of difficult conversations, guiding individuals and families through end-of-life paperwork and intergenerational communication. I’m proud to say my ability to create a safe and supportive space for open dialogue has earned respect and admiration from both clients and peers.

With my guidance, you’ll find the inspiration and tools you need to live fully in the present and create a lasting, meaningful legacy that truly reflects your values and wisdom.

By encouraging you to examine your own mortality and embrace your influence as an elder, my work not only impacts you, but also contributes to a broader shift in societal perceptions of aging and end-of-life matters.

I loved being on the Jen & I podcast to talk with Jen Coffey about facing mortality, resolving the unresolved, making conscious life choices, and preparing for the future.

“Kit holds space for people as they explore their lives and find clarity and conviction on their paths. She is a beautiful listener, always present 100%. That's rare; whether individually or in a group, Kit is right there, fully present, wise, and generous.”
